From a young age, I have enjoyed traveling, cooking and eating good food, and creative expression in many forms. As imaginable, my ability to go very far and culinary skills were lacking as a child, but my sense of curiosity was grand and I always let it lead. That curiosity has taken me to 19 countries (and counting), countless cities, and has influenced me to try food from around the world and flavors that are foreign to me. It has also inspired me to learn new culinary techniques, try new recipes, and experiment in my own kitchen to develop my own.
